  • Is delivery free?
    Yes, in fact we offer free same day delivery for all our orders islandwide!
  • What are the delivery time slots?
    We typically deliver within these 2 time slots daily: Slot A: 10am - 2pm (Free Delivery) Slot B: 2pm - 6pm (Free Delivery) *If you have a preference on which slot you prefer, do feel free to reach out to us at 97612926 to request and we will do our best to accomodate. :)
  • Do you deliver overseas?
    No, we don't. At the moment, we only deliver our products within Singapore.
  • Can I do self-collection?
    90% of our orders are done via delivery. However, we understand that some of our customers prefer to self-collect their order(s). Do WhatsApp us at 97612926 if you would like to self-collect. We are situated in Yishun! :)
  • I have an urgent order which needs to be delivered at the soonest possible. What should I do?
    All our orders come with free same day delivery islandwide (except Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island) from 10am - 6pm. However, if you require an order to be delivered urgently or at a specific timing, kindly reach out to us via: • WhatsApp: 97612926 • Email: fleurevasg@gmail.com *Specific timing delivery: $20 - $30 surcharge (depending on location) *Urgent delivery (less than 4 hours from confirmation of order): $45 surcharge (weekdays), $60 surcharge (weekends) Surcharge amount will be payable via PayNow to our company UEN 53442653X before we can process your order. Of course, we strongly encourage our customers to place their orders in advance to avoid any hiccups/extra charges. :)
  • What happens if recipient is not available to receive the delivery?
    Our delivery guy will either call the recipient/sender to check if he can place the item outside the house or leave it with neighbours first. For office deliveries, our delivery guy will check if he can leave it with recipient's colleagues etc. In the event both recipient and sender cannot be reached at the point of delivery, our delivery guy will bring the item(s) back to Fleureva and a redelivery will have to be arranged. Redelivery fee is fixed at $20 and will have to be payable via PayNow to our UEN 53442653X before redelivery can be made.
  • What are the types of payment methods?
    • Credit/ Debit Cards (MASTER/AMEX/VISA) • PayPal • PayNow to our UEN 53442653X. Thereafter, please WhatsApp us a screenshot of payment to 97612926 or email the payment screenshot to fleurevasg@gmail.com. Thank you :)
  • Can I cancel my order after paying for it?
    Once an order has been placed, we are sorry that we do not allow any cancellations of orders. Cancellations of orders will only be allowed if customer has accidentally made a duplicate order.   • Can I change my order after paying for it?

  • Can I customise my order?
    Certainly! We fully understand that some of our customers have in mind what they would like in their bouquet/order and we take great pride in fulfilling our customers' needs to our best ability.   • Why are your prices so cheap?
    At Fleureva, we strongly believe in providing great quality at the most reasonable prices. We are always doing our research and finding ways to minimise what our customers have to pay, even if it means we take the brunt of it. This is how passionate we are in our flowers business. Many times, people don't see all the hidden costs that go behind every single order. It is never as low as what customers might think yet despite all these factors, we will continue to bring our customers great products at low prices.
  • How long will your flowers last?
    Typically, our flowers have no problem staying fresh for at least a week upon reaching the recipient.
